Unopened and Unused: Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. The seal must be intact where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a swift resolution.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:-

    – Earrings for pierced ears

Return Label: We will provide you with a return shipping label.
Drop-off: Take the package to the designated drop-off point.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and follow the return procedure outlined above.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective or Incorrect Items: Cosmefrica will cover any shipping costs.
Change of Mind: Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind or incorrect choice will be the responsibility of the customer.
